The Ministry of Economic Affairs' Industrial Development Bureau aims to enhance Taiwan's AI development environment by implementing a classification and registration mechanism for AI technology service organizations. 2. Application Regulations

Definition of technical scope: AI defined in this registration refers to applying modern computational modeling methods like machine learning and deep learning to simulate human cognition, autonomous reasoning, or knowledge work within specific or universal domains. This is either integrated into existing industries or combined with hardware and consultancy services.

Eligibility: Companies legally established under the Companies Act of our country and registered by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, or partnerships legally established to provide professional services.

3. Review Standards

Application period: 04/08 (Fri)~05/13 (Fri), 2023 by 17:00

Application method: Attach one copy of AI Technology Service Organization Capability Registration Application and Declaration, and one copy of the AI Technology Service Organization Capability Registration Plan (including electronic files).
